Because when everyone is hurting, it is important to be there for each other, to support each other, and to shine a light together, even in the darkest of times!
After the horrific russian attack on the night of July 30-31, I met Dobrobat volunteers at the scene of the tragedy. A few days later, we met again in the wonderful town of Anatevka.
We showed how Anatevka organizes assistance for displaced persons and victims. We exchanged experiences, discussed common challenges, and outlined ways to cooperate in order to help those who need it most even more effectively.
Dobrobat is a community of incredible volunteers who help rebuild destroyed homes, support victims, and do good every day where it is most difficult. They are an example of true strength, humanity, and unity.
Shared grief brings people together. Strangers yesterday, family today. Because when everyone is hurting, it is important to be there for each other, to support each other, and to shine a light together, even in the darkest of times!
