Medzhybizh

On the way to Kyiv from the United States, I stopped to pray at the holy resting place of the great righteous man and founder of Hasidism throughout the world, Baal Shem Tov, in Medzhybizh.

Thousands of people from all over the world come to this special place to pray, ask the Almighty for help, and give thanks for the miracles that the Creator performs for each of us. There are many testimonies of special answers to prayers in this holy place.

Incidentally, the righteous Baal Shem Tov began his spiritual ascent on Ukrainian soil, in peace and respect with the people of Ukraine. Therefore, we can safely say that it was in Ukraine that the spiritual awakening of Hasidism began, which changed the Jewish world and restored true faith to ordinary people—that the Almighty is close to everyone!

I prayed here that all the agreements and meetings in America would bring real results for Ukraine. That what I asked for there would become a reality!
