Today is May 14, Memorial Day for Ukrainians who rescued Jews during World War II
It was a great honor for me to take part in the event dedicated to the memory of the Righteous of Ukraine and the peoples of the World in the National Historical and Memorial Reserve "Babi Yar"
I expressed my gratitude to the Righteous present and their descendants for the feat that they and their parents accomplished for the Jewish people - saving entire families from the terrible holocaust
It is our responsibility to remember and care for these people and their families!
Special thanks to the director of the National Historical and Memorial Reserve "Babiy Yar" Roza Topanova and the head of the fund of the All- Ukrainian Charitable Foundation "For Your Sake" Julia Goldenberg for the high level of organization of the event.
