Modest wedding

When I arrived in Israel, I couldn't help but attend a quiet and modest wedding of a girl from our orphanage, which was in Irpin, but after the Russian invasion began, we had to evacuate the children immediately, because the whole of Irpen was a battlefield and the artillery shelling of the city didn't stop for a minute.

Catherine is a girl with a very difficult fate, from the age of two she was in our orphanage, but in spite of everything, even after the beginning of a full-scale war and in Israel, still stayed, in order to build her life here further.

This wedding is a symbol of indestructibility of spirit and faith in a bright future, when enemies are killed and maimed, you create a new family and continue the life of your people. It's about a little light that overcomes a lot of darkness!
