Ukraine Defenders' Day

Today, October 1, Ukraine celebrates Defenders' Day. Therefore, I appeal to you: Dear soldiers! Your courage and selflessness are what keep Ukraine going, living on, and believing in victory!

In Jewish tradition, it is said that whoever saves one life saves the whole world. You are all defending our lives and the future of the entire country!

I thank each and every one of you! I pray for you and bow my head in memory of those who gave their lives for the freedom and future of Ukraine.
